Your privacy.

This page applies to the public website alters.ca. Studio and MonCompte are separate services.

Your contact requests

The form collects your name, email address and message to handle your request and reply to you. The message is sent to felix@alters.ca through our Zoho email service. Do not include a password or confidential document.

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, follow up on the relationship and meet applicable obligations. You can write to us to request access, a correction or deletion where possible.

Site operation and protection

The main site is hosted in Quebec. Cloudflare routes and protects connections. IP addresses and technical information needed to operate the site and prevent abuse may be processed by these services. Some providers may process information outside Quebec.

Your cookies and analytics

CookieConsent is hosted with the site. Its alters_consent cookie remembers your preferences for 180 days. Analytics tools are optional and only load after you agree, and only when configured.

Google Analytics 4 may then measure pages visited, interactions and campaign sources, using _ga cookies that last up to 90 days. Names, email addresses and form messages are not intentionally sent in these analytics. Google may process this data outside Quebec. No Meta pixel or other advertising tracker is being added at this stage.

With the same analytics consent, Cloudflare RUM measures site performance, including loading times, responsiveness and visual stability. Its tag does not start before you consent and does not add a tracking cookie. Cloudflare may process these measurements outside Quebec. Information collected after you agree may include technical characteristics of your browser and the page visited.

You can refuse analytics or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal stops new collection; it does not automatically erase information already sent to Google or Cloudflare.
